Pranic therapy
What you need to know about Pranic therapy?
“Prana’’ in originates from the Sanskrit and means ’Life’ or ’Spirit’.
Pranic Therapy is based on the premise that a universal life force ‘Prana’, a hidden form of energy, exists in all living things, animals, plants etc. This energy is what moves the universe and sustains all life. Thus, all living things consume prana through sunlight, air, and earth and consequently their health depends on the prana present in them. Also, all ‘Prana’ is self-healing and self-repairing provided no adverse emotions affect with its aura.
Pranic healing involves channelling of pranic energy from the source (nature) through the healer (therapist) towards the one who’s being healed (patient). Essentially, the practitioners channelize the life force or prana around us and use it to heal our minds and bodies.
