Siddha envisions the human body as a balanced constitution of elements: earth (MUNN), fire (THEE), water (NEER), air (VAYU), and space (AKASAM) and attributes Vata, Pitta, and Kapha (Doshas). Any imbalance among these results in disease and affliction and Siddha system medicine attempts to correct and restore the aforementioned balance.

Siddha Medicines are formulated using a variety of herbs, metals, and minerals, through knowledge and experience developed over centuries of ancient wisdom and practice. All Siddha medicines are natural and do not produce any side effects.
